The sunroom is popular with guests who take an afternoon or morning off to write up diaries and to plan the next few days. One can also read in the quiet of the sitting room or watch television.

The Breakfast room is available in the evenings or afternoons for meals available from take-away sources in New Norfolk, or for use as an office.    All three receptions rooms are lovely and cool in summer and warm in winter.
